Sơ chế các loại rau củ hành tây và cà rốt cắt thành sợi nhỏ dài. Cải bó xôi rửa sạch, đun sôi một nồi nước với một ít muối, cho rau vào luộc khoảng 5-10 giây rồi vớt ra xả với nước lạnh rồi vắt bớt nước. Cho rau vào bát thêm một ít nước tương, tỏi băm nhỏ, mè và một ít dầu mè vào trộn đều.
Nấm hương rửa sạch thái lát ướp nấm với một ít dầu mè và nước tương, thịt thái miếng vừa ăn rồi cho vào bát, thêm 1 thìa canh tỏi băm, 7g đường, một ít mè rang, hạt tiêu, dầu mè và hạt nêm vào trộn đều. Đun sôi một nồi nước, co miến vào luộc khoảng 2 phút.
Miến vớt ra để ráo nước. Cho một ít dầu ăn vào chảo rồi cho hành tây vào xào chín, trút hành tây ra bát rồi thêm một ít dầu ăn vào chảo cho cà rốt vào xào chín.
Cho một ít dầu ăn vào chảo cho thịt đã ướp vào xào chín tới rồi trút ra đĩa. Nấm hương cũng xào chín tới. Cho miến vào chảo thêm phần gia vị xào vào đảo đều cho miến ngấm gia vị. Cuối cùng thêm cải bó xôi, cà rốt, hành tây, nấm, thịt vào đảo đều sau đó nêm lại gia vị cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
